Progress Update

• Site visit to WDCE.
• Reviewing lessons learned from the IT groups.
• Cabling for voice and data is completed.
• Access Points are still not implemented do to an ordering issues which has been resolved.
• Quote for cleaning of ITOC and Asset Management has been forward to facilities for processing.


Next two weeks• Site walkthrough scheduled.
• Follow up on lesson learned.
• Following up UPS relocated to IDF.
• LCD’s in routes of being delivered to WDCE and once arrived a time will be setup for installation.
• Setup future meetings with IT groups and client to review lessons learned.
• Checking on chairs for the SIWS with the media resource group.
• Access Points installation TBA
